Booked the room with my animals for 1 night and had a nice stay. Got the same double room on the 4th floor booked online, enjoyed that. The staff was fast, I got great services and had lovely communication.

Truly exceptional accommodation with perfect setting so close to a bus stop, Edinburgh and the bus route. Everyone we met from the staff was fabulous. The pool was nice, had a whirlpool and a sauna. We loved the stay, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The venue is fairly clean and fairly large, views are nice, the location is unbeatable short walk to Edinburgh and the centre.

The hotel is exceptional, has magnificent views and prime location adjacent to a bus route, the zoo. The staff is smart, offer an early check-in and late check-out. They have pool bar, free parking and very clean pool.

good hot breakfasts plus experienced staff - just perfect stay. the room was airy, had a beautiful bathroom. this low budget hotel had very central setting. besides, the area was busy, next to scottish forestry. efficient check in and in general amazing service.

It was tidy, staff was brilliant. We had a continental breakfast there, the food was incredible. We enjoyed this absolutely gorgeous hotel and its very central location. And very close to Edinburgh, a bus stop, the bus route. Excellent service was provided here too.

Very central location, CONDESCENDING staff. The bedroom was comfortable, enjoyed it. That was fabulous hotel set in great area. Brilliant service during our best stay.
